Avant Tapas and Wine is the tasting room for over 30 vintners producing their wine at the Terravant Wine Company’s state-of-the-art production facility, in Santa Barbara County.

The word “avant” means “stylistically advanced” and on any given day guests can find several vintners pouring their wines at the contemporary tasting bar or select from 32 different wines to experience in a self-guided tour using the wine station’s cutting-edge dispensers. Tastes range from 75 cents to $3 each. Visitors are invited to enjoy a taste, a half, or full glass of wine. All of these wines are also available for purchase in the wine shop.
Avant’s selection of tapas offer the perfect savory counterpoint to your favorite wines and are made fresh throughout the day and evening. Or sink your teeth into a gourmet pizza, hot from the restaurant’s wood-burning oven.
